Many people believe that to benefit from social media, you have to become an ‘influencer’. This is absolutely rubbish. The number of small, medium, and large businesses thriving because of social media is incredible!
Without social media, PintSizedHumour wouldn’t even exist - that’s for sure.
The ability to be anywhere in the world and talk about your business, product, or literally anything else, is truly incredible. All you need is a mobile phone and an internet connection, and you’re away!

Look, I’m not just saying this because my entire business is fuelled by social media. I genuinely believe that, because of the rise of short-form video, it’s the greatest current opportunity in the world (maybe just after becoming an AI tech company 😅).
I’m also not saying you should ditch your current lead generation methods and go all in on social media, but it’s worth starting it alongside what you’re already doing.
I can’t remember who said this, but it really stuck with me:
80% of what is already working for you
10% of a slight variant on what’s already working for you
10% on something brand new
Most businesses either do too much of the 80%, or too much of the 10% that’s brand new.
Don’t be afraid to start creating social media content, because chances are, you’ll experience many (if not all) of the positives above. The opportunity far outweighs the risk!
